Step 4 - Pass 1 away from you over 1f to eliminate the half twist in the 1 loop.
With 1 still pointing away from you, insert L1, from below (i.e., from the near side), into the R1 loop; withdraw R1 from its loop, then insert R1, from below (i.e., from the near side), into both loops on L1. R1 and L1, which remain pointing away from you, now have double loops. 1, under both loops on 2, picks up 5f and draws it toward you through the double loops on 1, which slip off as 1 returns to an upright position. See-saw the hands and extend to tighten all loops. |
