Eye of the Bay Duiker
Collected by Günter Tessmann from the Fang people of Cameroon. Duikers (pronounced "DIKE-ers") are small, shy, nocturnal antelopes found in the dense forests of west-central Africa.

R hand hooks L palmar string to the right, rotating towards you and up as it returns; L hand hooks R palmar string to the left, rotating towards you and up as it returns; extend. You now have single loops on 1, 5, and each wrist. |
