Eye of the Bay Duiker

Collected by Günter Tessmann from the Fang people of Cameroon. Duikers (pronounced "DIKE-ers") are small, shy, nocturnal antelopes found in the dense forests of west-central Africa.

Step 2 - With R1 and R2 grasp L1f and L5n, withdraw L1 and L5 from their loops, rotate the L hand a full turn away from you, and place the loops you are holding on L2 and L3 (the former L1 loop on L2, and the former L5 loop on L3).

With L1 and L2 grasp R1f and R5n, withdraw R1 and R5 from their loops, rotate the R hand a full turn away from you, and place the loops you are holding on R2 and R3 (the former R1 loop on R2, and the former R5 loop on R3); extend.

Each wrist loop now has a full twist.
