Earrings
Collected by George Byron Gordon from the Yup'ik people of Mamtrelich, a small village near the mouth of the Kuskokwim River in southwest Alaska. Eskimo (Inuit) women traditionally wore dangling earrings that were made of carved bone or ivory.

Step 4 - 1 passes away from you through the 45 loop (1 enters from the distal or "fingertip" side), then 1 passes toward you through the 2 loop (again 1 enters from the distal or "fingertip" side); 1 returns with 45n and 2f as 2 releases its loop.
You now have three loops on 1, the upper two being small and tight. |
