Laundry on a Clothesline
Collected by Thomas T. Paterson from the Inuit of Upernavik, Greenland. Danish settlers have been living among the Inuit of Greenland for over 200 years. As a result, it is not uncommon to find traditional Inuit string figures that have been renamed to represent items imported from Europe.

Step 8 - 1 hooks down 5f on either side of the central vertical loop that surrounds it.
Release 5 loop and extend sharply with palms facing away from you. You have "Laundry on a Clothesline". The inverted triangles represent linens draped over the washline. The central vertical loop represents a support pole. |
