A Fish on Wood
Collected by Will Wirt from the Wai Wai people of Guyana. For centuries people have been cooking fish on a water-saturated wooden plank held over a fire. The wooden plank imparts a delicate smoked flavor to the fish, and prevents the fish from falling apart since no flipping is required during the slow cooking process.

Step 6 - Again rotate L hand so that palm faces away.
R3, from above, removes the L wrist loop, then hands return to normal position. Extend loosely with fingers pointing away, then release the R3 loop and extend fully to complete the figure. You have "A Fish on Wood". |
